  I just went to pickup a prescription for an ear infection. They wanted $91 dollars for it! And this is after insurance. After explaining that I simply can not afford that. They went on to explain that it was because I hadn't met my deductible. Meeting my deductible was irrelevant; I could not afford $91 antibiotics. Very cut & dry. No can do. I left to make some calls to the doctor to see if there was an alternative & was going to search for a generic. When I called the Fremont HyVee pharmacy for the drug name & strength to do a search with, one of the techs I *had not* talked to earlier answered and knew exactly what I was asking about and saw fit to inform me again about my deductible... That means after I had left earlier they saw fit to discuss all of this amongst themselves! Wth. I'm never returning. Unprofessional to the extreme not to mention a possible HIPAA violation and apparently incapable of treating people with decency. Unbelievable.
