- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was misinformed when I asked different questions. Employee seemed to really be lacking in knowledge of Policy & promotions. Called again today, 2 days later and different employee kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain then said she's worked there for 4yrs & if it was up to her to decide she would not honor promotion I was misinformed on and advised me she is not as nice as the owner Jeremy & I need to call back another time to speak to him. As far as Jeremy I can't say but the Rep I talked to today definitely needs training on Customer Service skills & how to speak to customers/potential customers with good customer service skills. Prices may be lower than 24/7 Tan however I would take a company that offers great Customer Service skills over a minimal price difference.May 03, 2017by A Google User
